While talking with my mother today about raiding my grandfather's fridge, string cheese was brought up. I found out she has never eaten string cheese. Blasphemy.

Sunday Trips to France

While living in Austin, TX, I had found this lovely little crepe trailer known as Flip Happy Crepes. After my first time eating there, I knew I was hooked. My friend Alison and I had this lovely Sunday brunch routine of Flip Happy Crepes, and some wine. Being able to bring your own wine, have great conversation while you wait for you food. sit outside in the gorgeous sun, and listen to french music (when played) transported you to Paris. By far one of my favorite little spots in Austin, and I miss this place dearly.

And so it begins....

After numerous attempts, and countless NyQuil induced changes made to this blog, I am finally ready to begin. This is meant to be an outlet for my passion for food, as well as the many adventures I will go on to obtain said food.

Growing up, I was always capable of eating what I want, when I want, which turned me into a cravings eater. Once I have a craving, I won't stop until I satisfy it, and I will eat anything in my path till I get to it. This is my quest to satisfy those cravings, especially those that I have yet to uncover.
