While living in Austin, TX, I had found this lovely little crepe trailer known as
Flip Happy Crepes. After my first time eating there, I knew I was hooked. My friend Alison and I had this lovely Sunday brunch routine of Flip Happy Crepes, and some wine. Being able to bring your own wine, have great conversation while you wait for you food. sit outside in the gorgeous sun, and listen to french music (when played) transported you to Paris. By far one of my favorite little spots in Austin, and I miss this place dearly.
